Two Nigerian billionaires, Aliko Dangote and Abdul Samad Rabiu are currently in a bitter war over their businesses and who controls the industry.

Dangote, Africa’s richest man is the owner of Dangote Industries Limited while Rabiu is the founder of BUA Group. The two billionaire businessmen had been locked in disputes several times, spanning three decades. The battle is simply about who controls the sugar and cement sectors and soon there will be a battle of who controls the oil sector as Rabiu is also building his own refinery, while Dangote had already completed his own.https://googleads.g.doubleclick.net/pagead/ads?client=ca-pub-8264632571551786&format=375×320&w=375&h=320&ptt=12&iu=1298133329&adk=1901304708&output=html&bc=7&pv=2&wgl=1&asnt=0-10515118762120108484&dff=Poppins&brdim=0%2C0%2C0%2C0%2C375%2C0%2C375%2C667%2C375%2C553&ifi=1&pfx=0&adf=1386947799&nhd=0&adx=8&ady=1886&oid=2&is_amp=5&amp_v=2310201815000&d_imp=1&c=92826000496&ga_cid=amp-59isUTq09Mt2Ut8BXx2y6Q&ga_hid=496&dt=1699168163190&biw=375&bih=553&u_aw=375&u_ah=667&u_cd=32&u_w=375&u_h=667&u_tz=60&u_his=3&vis=1&scr_x=0&scr_y=0&url=https%3A%2F%2Fpmnewsnigeria.com%2F2023%2F11%2F04%2Fthe-battle-of-two-nigerian-billionaires-dangote-rabiu-lock-horns%2F&loc=https%3A%2F%2Fpmnewsnigeria.com%2F2023%2F11%2F04%2Fthe-battle-of-two-nigerian-billionaires-dangote-rabiu-lock-horns%2F%3Famp%3D1&ref=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.google.com%2F&bdt=2897&dtd=25&__amp_source_origin=https%3A%2F%2Fpmnewsnigeria.com

Dangote owns the largest industrial conglomerate in West Africa. The Bloomberg Billionaires Index estimated his net worth at $16.1 billion in November 2023, making him the richest person in Africa, the world’s richest black person, and the world’s 107th richest person overall.

On the other hand, Rabiu is Dangote’s rivalry in the sugar and cement businesses. On 7 July 2020, Forbes estimated Rabiu’s wealth at $3.2 billion, putting him 716th in the global billionaire’s club. In January 2022, he was reported to be the second richest man in Nigeria. In April 2022 he was reported to be the fifth-richest man in Africa, with a net worth of $6.7 billion. In January 2023, Rabiu was reported to have become the 4th richest man in Africa.

According to Morebranches Dangote Cement is the largest cement producer in Nigeria, with a market share of over 60%. BUA Cement is the second-largest producer, with a market share of around 20%. The rivalry between the two cement companies began in 2008, when BUA Cement entered the market. BUA Cement quickly established itself as a major competitor to Dangote Cement, and it began to gain market share.

In 2020, the rivalry between the two companies escalated when BUA Cement accused Dangote Cement of blocking access to its limestone quarry in Edo State. Dangote Cement denied the allegations, but the case is ongoing in court.https://googleads.g.doubleclick.net/pagead/ads?client=ca-pub-8264632571551786&format=375×320&w=375&h=320&ptt=12&iu=8055113367&adk=1849689701&output=html&bc=7&pv=1&wgl=1&asnt=0-1462464027706454968&dff=Poppins&prev_fmts=375×320%2C375x320%2C375x300&prev_slotnames=1298133329%2C9833397141%2C1135079190&brdim=0%2C0%2C0%2C0%2C375%2C0%2C375%2C667%2C383%2C630&ifi=4&pfx=0&adf=530637588&nhd=0&adx=8&ady=3430&oid=2&is_amp=5&amp_v=2310201815000&d_imp=1&c=92826000496&ga_cid=amp-59isUTq09Mt2Ut8BXx2y6Q&ga_hid=496&dt=1699168187248&biw=383&bih=630&u_aw=375&u_ah=667&u_cd=32&u_w=375&u_h=667&u_tz=60&u_his=3&vis=1&scr_x=0&scr_y=912&url=https%3A%2F%2Fpmnewsnigeria.com%2F2023%2F11%2F04%2Fthe-battle-of-two-nigerian-billionaires-dangote-rabiu-lock-horns%2F&loc=https%3A%2F%2Fpmnewsnigeria.com%2F2023%2F11%2F04%2Fthe-battle-of-two-nigerian-billionaires-dangote-rabiu-lock-horns%2F%3Famp%3D1&ref=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.google.com%2F&bdt=26955&dtd=6&__amp_source_origin=https%3A%2F%2Fpmnewsnigeria.com

The recent battle and media war between the duo was ignited on Thursday when Dangote, in an advertorial in the dailies accused Rabiu of sponsoring false reports against him and his businesses.

The Dangote Industries Limited (DIL) sharply refuted allegations that it is engaged in illegal foreign exchange deals, warning those peddling the allegation of economic sabotage against the company to desist from such underhand practices. It even mentioned the name of Rabiu in the said advertorial.

The company described the report as a rehash of a similar report peddled out of malice by a “competitor masquerading as a concerned Nigerian” in 2016.https://ad.a-ads.com/1710553?size=300×250#amp=1

But BUA Group, in a sharp response attacked Dangote, accusing him and his company of trying to ruin its cement and sugar businesses over the years.

The DIL made reference to unfounded allegation making the rounds in some online media, suggesting that the Company is being probed over alleged illegal foreign exchange laundering running to $3.4bn allegedly perpetrated by the Central Bank of Nigeria under the leadership of Mr. Godwin Emefiele over the years.

Dangote’s company said as an organisation, it was not in its custom to respond to any spurious allegation, but  that “since it is a rehash of a similar report peddled out of malice by a competitor masquerading as a concerned Nigerian in 2016, we are constrained to provide context to this issue.”

“The reporting of this spurious foreign exchange allegation by some media houses was turned down by some credible traditional and online media news until it was featured as a paid advertorial in two Nigerian Newspapers BusinessDay and Leadership (Published on March 14, 2016) titled “Acts of Economic Sabotage by Dangote Cement” published in the name of David Osa Ighalo, from Benin, Edo State.https://googleads.g.doubleclick.net/pagead/ads?client=ca-pub-8264632571551786&format=375×320&w=375&h=320&ptt=12&iu=8055113367&adk=901089379&output=html&bc=7&pv=1&wgl=1&asnt=0-36440953321516810153&dff=Poppins&prev_fmts=375×320%2C375x320%2C375x300%2C375x320&prev_slotnames=1298133329%2C9833397141%2C1135079190%2C8055113367&brdim=0%2C0%2C0%2C0%2C375%2C0%2C375%2C667%2C383%2C630&ifi=5&pfx=0&adf=777046034&nhd=0&adx=8&ady=5829&oid=2&is_amp=5&amp_v=2310201815000&d_imp=1&c=92826000496&ga_cid=amp-59isUTq09Mt2Ut8BXx2y6Q&ga_hid=496&dt=1699168218044&biw=383&bih=630&u_aw=375&u_ah=667&u_cd=32&u_w=375&u_h=667&u_tz=60&u_his=3&vis=1&scr_x=0&scr_y=3320&url=https%3A%2F%2Fpmnewsnigeria.com%2F2023%2F11%2F04%2Fthe-battle-of-two-nigerian-billionaires-dangote-rabiu-lock-horns%2F&loc=https%3A%2F%2Fpmnewsnigeria.com%2F2023%2F11%2F04%2Fthe-battle-of-two-nigerian-billionaires-dangote-rabiu-lock-horns%2F%3Famp%3D1&ref=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.google.com%2F&bdt=57751&dtd=5&__amp_source_origin=https%3A%2F%2Fpmnewsnigeria.com

“It is saddening to note that this publication of Monday, March 16, 2016, in BusinessDay and Leadership newspapers wherein the author alleged that ‘monies went from the company in question to other sister Dangote Companies Outside Nigeria,” the DIL said.

The company said it was estimated that almost $3bn, if not more, had been taken out of Nigeria through these means.

“This encourages round-tripping and, in effect, money laundering since there is no proper documentation has recently been given a fresh false slant by one Ahmed Fahad, purporting it to be a new petition directed to the attention of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Mr. Jim Obazee, the Special Investigator probing the CBN.”

BUA fired back in a statement, accused Dangote of cheap attempts at blackmailing the company. BUA alleged that in August 1991, “a young BUA was doing its commodities trading business just as Nigeria faced a scarcity of sugar. As sugar was scarce, BUA was lucky to be one of the few with any stock for sale, and we stood prepared to supply the nation’s needs as best as our stock could.

“It was during this period Aliko Dangote approached us to purchase sugar. If only we knew he was setting the first of many traps in our business history. He gave us a Societe Generale Bank of Nigeria Cheque, which bounced upon presentation to the bank. Unbeknown to us, this was a ruse that would lead to a court-sanctioned freeze of our assets orchestrated by Dangote. For three agonising months, our accounts were garnisheed, warehouses shuttered, and our spirit tested. Yet, from the ashes of deceit, BUA survived.”

BUA also alleged that a few years later, it decided that since it was making good progress in its various businesses, it should open a sugar refinery.

The company said they approached Usman Dantata,  Dangote’s uncle, and leased his NPA waterfront land (4.5 hectares) at the Tincan Island port, ‘Polo House.https://googleads.g.doubleclick.net/pagead/ads?client=ca-pub-8264632571551786&format=375×320&w=375&h=320&ptt=12&iu=8055113367&adk=1701524065&output=html&bc=7&pv=1&wgl=1&asnt=0-1646531425412491674&dff=Poppins&prev_fmts=375×320%2C375x320%2C375x300%2C375x320%2C375x320&prev_slotnames=1298133329%2C9833397141%2C1135079190%2C8055113367%2C8055113367&brdim=0%2C0%2C0%2C0%2C375%2C0%2C375%2C667%2C383%2C630&ifi=6&pfx=0&adf=382471952&nhd=0&adx=8&ady=8151&oid=2&is_amp=5&amp_v=2310201815000&d_imp=1&c=92826000496&ga_cid=amp-59isUTq09Mt2Ut8BXx2y6Q&ga_hid=496&dt=1699168256782&biw=383&bih=630&u_aw=375&u_ah=667&u_cd=32&u_w=375&u_h=667&u_tz=60&u_his=3&vis=1&scr_x=0&scr_y=5639&url=https%3A%2F%2Fpmnewsnigeria.com%2F2023%2F11%2F04%2Fthe-battle-of-two-nigerian-billionaires-dangote-rabiu-lock-horns%2F&loc=https%3A%2F%2Fpmnewsnigeria.com%2F2023%2F11%2F04%2Fthe-battle-of-two-nigerian-billionaires-dangote-rabiu-lock-horns%2F%3Famp%3D1&ref=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.google.com%2F&bdt=96489&dtd=6&__amp_source_origin=https%3A%2F%2Fpmnewsnigeria.com

“We took the land, signed an agreement with the consent of NPA, and paid all applicable dues. Dangote waited until our contractors and equipment had been mobilised to the site, then he went to former President Obasanjo. President Obasanjo had the land revoked entirely and gave the lease to Dangote. As a result, even his uncle lost the land. BUA was only given 24 hours to vacate the land,” the company said.

BUA said it took them over a year to get another land, saying that its survival as a business, especially its Lagos sugar refinery was a legacy handed to it by a loving father who, seeing his son’s distress, did what only the noblest and kindest of hearts could do.

“With unwavering faith, our Chairman’s late father–may his soul rest in eternal peace handed him the land on which our Lagos Sugar Refinery stands today. This land was the location of one of his thriving businesses with a warehouse, which he shut down handed to us without asking for compensation. He just saw the pain of our chairman, Abdul Samad Rabiu, called him one day and handed him the papers to the land. His gesture was a beacon of hope in one of our darkest hours.

“And so, BUA survived again another Dangote trap. Today, we are now the largest Sugar refining concern in West Africa. Our businesses continued to surge forward amid several other attempts, too many to mention now. In 2007, under President Yar’Adua’s visionary mandate to broaden Nigeria’s cement industry and break the monopoly in the sector, BUA was among the six companies selected and granted licenses.

“Our approach was unconventional but effective: we introduced a floating terminal – ‘BUA CEMENT I’, which is a cement factory built into a large ship, as a stopgap while we were working on securing our land-based cement plant. What followed, however, was another act intended to drive us out of business. Our application to dock the floating terminal in Lagos met with resistance.

“We then decided to berth the ship at the terminal we owned in Port Harcourt. Despite this, we faced considerable pushback and it took the decisive intervention of late President Yar Adua, who directed that the Minister of Transport and the Chairman of NPA honour our right to contribute to the nation’s growth,” the company explained.

“But the hurdles didn’t end there. The drama intensified when Orwell Brown, a Deputy Comptroller General who was also an older brother to a Dangote Staff, launched a sudden strike, attempting to deport our vessel’s entire expatriate crew. It was a Friday that is forever seared into our memory-the shock of our expatriates rounded up, their confusion as they were shepherded onto a Dangote-funded one-way local flight from Port Harcourt to Lagos
en-route Asia via Emirates.https://googleads.g.doubleclick.net/pagead/ads?client=ca-pub-8264632571551786&format=375×320&w=375&h=320&ptt=12&iu=8055113367&adk=2284181024&output=html&bc=7&pv=1&wgl=1&asnt=0-10476389013004048592&dff=Poppins&prev_fmts=375×320%2C375x320%2C375x300%2C375x320%2C375x320%2C375x320&prev_slotnames=1298133329%2C9833397141%2C1135079190%2C8055113367%2C8055113367%2C8055113367&brdim=0%2C0%2C0%2C0%2C375%2C0%2C375%2C667%2C383%2C630&ifi=7&pfx=0&adf=698718673&nhd=0&adx=8&ady=10769&oid=2&is_amp=5&amp_v=2310201815000&d_imp=1&c=92826000496&ga_cid=amp-59isUTq09Mt2Ut8BXx2y6Q&ga_hid=496&dt=1699168292454&biw=383&bih=630&u_aw=375&u_ah=667&u_cd=32&u_w=375&u_h=667&u_tz=60&u_his=3&vis=1&scr_x=0&scr_y=8253&url=https%3A%2F%2Fpmnewsnigeria.com%2F2023%2F11%2F04%2Fthe-battle-of-two-nigerian-billionaires-dangote-rabiu-lock-horns%2F&loc=https%3A%2F%2Fpmnewsnigeria.com%2F2023%2F11%2F04%2Fthe-battle-of-two-nigerian-billionaires-dangote-rabiu-lock-horns%2F%3Famp%3D1&ref=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.google.com%2F&bdt=132161&dtd=4&__amp_source_origin=https%3A%2F%2Fpmnewsnigeria.com

“Upon hearing of what had happened, we reached out to Tanimu Yakubu, the then Chief Economic Adviser, who acted with the urgency that the situation demanded. His call to the CG of Immigration was a lifeline, and our expatriate team was brought back from the Emirates aircraft and not deported. The aftermath was swift action by the President, who ensured that such a misuse of power would not go unchecked. DCG Brown, caught in a tangle of undue influence, admitted what he did to the Minister, and he was later dismissed,” BUA added.

In April 2021 when the two billionaires from Kano state had a public spat over sugar, then Governor Abdullahi Ganduje intervened and reconciled them at a meeting in Abuja.

Maybe Governor Bala Yusuf will intervene this time around.

Imagine that for years, your other half had been hiding more than ₦279,569,037 from you. Could you do the same thing? Adankwo, a mother of two from Onitsha put her marriage and her family in jeopardy by keeping a shocking secret from her husband for years. Adankwo and Okorie Garba got married in 2004 after a few years of dating. Okorie Garba is an engineer, and Adankwo works at the reception of a local clinic. Productive sectors of the economy were hit hard by the global financial crisis in 2008. Fortunately, Okorie Garba didn’t lose his job, but he had to work overtime and decrease his salary significantly in order to help his company survive. “My husband could take care of our family’s basic needs, but I could see how exhausted his work was making him. We tried to save as much as possible, but we still didn’t have enough money” told Adankwo. “We couldn’t imagine what our future would be like. The market recovered somewhat, but then began falling again. I was pregnant with our second child at the time – we were just praying that everything would be okay.

We weren’t confident that our financial position was stable. “

One evening, some time after the birth of their second child, Adankwo saw an ad on Facebook about working from home, which promised earnings of more than ₦306,250.74 a day. She was intrigued. She followed the link to find out more about the system. “There were a lot of positive user reviews about this ad, so I felt safe signing up. It wasn’t a get-rich-quick scheme by some fraudsters forcing trades in order to make a living. If they’d suggested selling products, I wouldn’t have signed up”, she said. Asset trading has become a major global trend, and the wave of popularity has reached Nigeria. Olymp Tradeis a trading platform that allows people to earn money by, for example, forecasting the growth or fall of currency exchange rates. All you need to do to gain access is fill out a short online form. I was very nervous when I used the platform for the first time. I’m no computer expert, but there is a lot of free training for you when you create an account. I watched all the training videos and documentation to learn how to use the platform. But I didn’t want my husband to feel like he couldn’t provide for his family.”

After a while of watching the videos and reading the tutorials in the platform, Adankwo made more than ₦343,212.04 in total to her account. Adankwo decided that she needed to keep the money a secret until she was ready to tell her husband about making money with OlympTrade. So she opened a bank account in secret. Her husband had no idea. She arranged it so that money from her card was redirected to this account every week.

This went on for years. Okorie Garba still had work, while Adankwo was earning money on the Olymp Trade platform from home. She didn’t go near the money that was building up in the secret account. “It was hard for me to keep such a big thing secret from my husband. I felt guilty, but more than that, I was scared to tell him. Looking back on it, I think it was very silly to keep this secret.”

At the beginning of last year, Okorie Garba lost his job. When Adankwo saw what a blow this was to her husband, she decided that the time had come to tell him what she’d been doing every day. She went to the bank and withdrew the money from her secret account that had been building up. By that time, there was already more than ₦ 295,690,370. “Adankwo sat beside me and told me that she’d been hiding something from me, that she was ashamed,” told Okorie Garba. “Then she took out her bank statement from her pocket and gave it to me. The statement showed her name, the sum of ₦279,569,037 and the official seal of the bank. At first I didn’t believe it, but then she told me about Olymp Trade.”

“He didn’t say anything at first. I thought he’d get angry and ask for a divorce. But then he started crying and hugging me. I told him that I felt ashamed and guilty, but he said that he felt relieved that our money problems had been solved,” tells Adankwo. “Okorie Garba and Adankwo’s story was widely shared in local media, including on blogs and in the news. When we found out about it, we wasted no time asking them if we could publish this information here in our report about local employment. We asked Adankwo to give some exclusive advice to our readers: “I don’t recommend keeping secrets from your other half, and if you find a good source of income, get started with it right away.”

So what do you need to do to start earning money?

  • First, open an account with a broker by clicking here (you’ll need to enter your name, email address, phone number, password, choose the account currency and tick to show your agreement; click Register).

Now for the interesting part! A strategy for making a profit!

Now that you have an account with a broker, you need a profitable strategy. Adankwo shared her exact strategy she uses – she calls it the “up-down” strategy – it’s so simple, anyone can understand it and use it!

  1. First, you need to pick a currency pair: EUR / USD works well here.
  2. Get ready for your first trade: set a time of 1 minute and an amount of $1.
  3. Now start trading. You have to forecast whether the exchange rate will go UP or DOWN within a minute after you opened the trade.With this strategy, you can make any forecast when you start. It doesn’t matter whether you choose UP or DOWN..
  4. Let’s say you pick UP.
  5. If in reality the chart goes up, as you predicted, you’ll get $1.62 back in your account (instead of your initial one dollar!). Now you have to make your next trade, but this time you should choose the opposite value: DOWN (the amount and time don’t change; keep them at $1 and 1 minute).
  6. So let’s say the chart goes the other way and your trade isn’t successful. That means you need to raise the next trade to $3 and change the direction of the chart again (i.e. If your last choice was DOWN, now you have to choose UP);
  7. The chart once again doesn’t go the way you wanted, and you lose this trade too. This is nothing to worry about (remember, with this strategy you always make back your losses!). In order to recoup your losses and make a profit now, you have to increase the trade to $8 (don’t change the time of the trade). Then choose DOWN (as we chose UP the last time).
  8. Great! That time you chose the right direction and got $15.36 (you made up for your losses and earned more money!). Now go back to trading at $1 and start over again. This time you have to choose UP. That’s why it’s called the “up-down” strategy.

Remember!

Always change the direction (UP, DOWN, UP, DOWN), regardless of whether your bet is successful or not. Your first trade should always be $1. If you lose, increase the amount to $3. If you lose again, change it to $8. If it happens again, raise it to $18 (personally, I’ve never had to do this despite the fact that I trade every day) As soon as a trade is successful, go back to the original amount of $1 and start over again.

Finally, allow me to brag a little… Here’s what I earned over the weekend. Good luck!

Big Brother Naija reality show star Princess Onyejekwe has slammed Phyna for generalising that all women have had an abortion once or twice.

Phyna, the Big Brother Naija Season 7 winner, recently reiterated her statement that all women are abortionists via Snapchat.

The self-confessed abortionist had argued that all women, except virgins, do abortion, stressing that pregnancy prevention pills and measures are all forms of abortion.

Her generalisation didn’t sit well with Princess, who called Phyna out on X, telling her to stop forcing her opinion on women.

The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) has issued an advisory to motorists.

This is as it diverted traffic along Enugu–Port Harcourt Dual Carriage Expressway after a collapsed flyover bridge.

The Corps Public Relations Officer (CPEO) Assistant Corps Marshal (ACM) Bisi Kazeem said this in a statement on Tuesday in Abuja.

Kazeem said the collapsed bridge was at the new Artisan Market on the Port Harcourt-Enugu dual carriageway in Enugu State.

He said the bridge, which was said to have collapsed on Sept. 25 at 12.30 p.m. had affected vehicular movement on that route.

According to him, motorists coming from Port harcourt/Aba to Abakiliki are advised to pass through Bricks at the new Kenyatta Market (Army Check Point)-Okpara Square.

“This will lead them to New Haven junction by Otigba Roundabout, through Ogui Roundabout-Abakpa junction (82 Division) and proceed to Abakiliki.

“On the other hand, motorists from Abuja/Abakiliki going to Aba/Port harcourt are advised to take Abakpa Junction (82 Division)-New Haven junction by Otigba Roundabout.

“This would be through Ogui Roundabout to Okpara Square and proceed to Enugu/Port harcourt dual carriageway, new Kenyatta Market (Army Check Point) and continue to Aba/PH,” he said.

Kazeem said the advisory became necessary to ensure that motorists were not caught up in avoidable gridlock.

He quoted the FRSC Corps Marshal, Dauda Biu, as admonishing drivers of all categories of vehicles using that route to adhere to the aforementioned alternative roads and maintain all road traffic rules and regulations for safe arrival. (NAN)

You are being deceived if you are told that diabetes cannot be controlled.

The main misconception about life-shortening diabetes Dr. Babatunde Ogunriade is a Nigerian expert in endocrinology.

He was deservedly named guru, because no one previously knew about this successful method of fighting diabetes. All celebrities with diabetes got out of their way to get a consultation from him. This includes patients from France, Germany, Great Britain and other countries – they all go straight to him. He is one of the most important specialist in the country. He’s written 32 scientific books, and there are 3 times as many scientific publications in journals in his professional arsenal.

Dr. Babatunde Ogunriade rarely gives interviews, but agreed to answer our correspondent’s questions. Below you will find important tips to help in your fight against diabetes.

Dr. Babatunde Ogunriade IS ABSOLUTELY CONVINCED THAT HIS METHOD WILL HELP YOU FIGHT TYPE II DIABETES!

Topics covered in the article:

  • What do you need to know if you have diabetes?
  • Why do 95% of diabetics fail to cope with their diseases?
  • How to live with diabetes easily and happily?

Doctors sound the alarm while pharmacy chains accept patients.

Dr. Babatunde Ogunriade:

“Oddly enough, diabetes protocols still contain metformin and its analogues. However, this is a delusion shared by illiterate patients and doctors. Metformin is a straight path to illness and untimely death. This is not right. If your doctor prescribes you a drug containing metformin, my advice to you is to run away from this doctor!

All of these drugs increase blood insulin to critical levels. With this amount of insulin, the blood becomes thick, like condensed milk. In large quantities, insulin causes colossal harm to the body. It literally destroys the liver, kidneys and other excretory organs. Insulin is similar in consistency and action to stomach acid. Imagine what would happen if stomach acid filled your internal organs. It would burn right through them!

Elevated insulin levels corrode cells, thereby contributing to their abnormal division, and this is already nothing less than oncology. For this reason, CANCER DEVELOPS IN 28% OF DIABETICS, as statistics show.

Plus, it is the high insulin content that leads to the rapid clogging of blood vessels with cholesterol plaques, since insulin-rich blood becomes thick and starts moving slower. As a result, blood vessels become clogged with cholesterol plaques, which in turn leads to pressure surges. Hypertension accompanies 98% of diabetics. Many other problems with the cardiovascular system appear as well.

List of threatening consequences of metformin-based therapy

  • Gastrointestinal disorders (most often diarrhea, heartburn, belching, stomach ulcers);
  • Hypertension – pressure surges, especially in the evenings, headaches, stuffy ears, waves of fear;
  • Cirrhosis of the liver – the liver becomes a connective tissue and stops purifying the blood, the whole body is filled with toxins;
  • Kidney stones due to intensive excretion of salts and sugar;
  • Oncological diseases;
  • Early death due to destroyed blood vessels;
  • Blindness.

Of course, the extent to which you will feel worse depends on the number of solutions you take and how long you do it, as well as on your individual characteristics. However, you can’t completely get rid of complications.

Why does anyone use metformin if it is so dangerous?

Unfortunately, most of the specialists don’t take care of the people’s health. I’d say, no one really cares. They just do the job and get money for it. They don’t care if your health improved or not. That’s why they don’t hesitate to prescribe you with the products recommended by the authorities or ministries. These solutions are based on synthetical components and bring huge profits. Yes, the do work, but their effects are short-term.

No one should fight diabetes with such indifference to patients!

People just don’t know what will happen to them if they take these solutions, and experts don’t find it necessary to tell them about it.

I think that such aggressive drugs should be taken out of production. Moreover, they cannot be considered effective, because diabetes statistics around the world continues to grow. And I want more people to learn about the method that truly helps in the fight against diabetes!

Dr. Babatunde Ogunriade:

I’m often approached by patients who have taken metformin for a long time. They are ill, they get older ahead of time.

Still, most often, patients find out they have type II diabetes during a check up. At the same time, up to that point, the patient, as a rule, felt fine and would never have thought that they had high blood sugar. And then they are prescribed metformin with an increased dosage.

As a result, the sugar levels drop, but over time, the person’s condition begins to gradually deteriorate. The patient begins to complain of chronic fatigue, obesity, high blood pressure, headaches. Their legs begin to swell, and in the morning so does their face. They feel like bells are constantly ringing in their ears. Fingers go numb and limbs grow cold. Eyesight falls. Their memory deteriorates.

The doctors say that it’s all because of diabetes. But in fact, it’s all because of insulin! Or rather, because of metformin, which increases the production of hormones to abnormal levels!

BUT THAT DOESN’T MEAN YOU HAVE TO PUT UP WITH DIABETES. If you have to choose between taking metformin and putting up with the disease, of course you should choose the former. Diabetes can kill you if you don’t take any actions. Just with other symptoms. The internal organs of diabetics look just like these candied cherries. The liver, stomach, kidneys, heart, and most importantly the blood vessels…

The sugaring of blood vessels and internal organs!

Imagine candied cherries or raspberries. The same thing happens to all your blood vessels if you have diabetes.The walls of blood vessels become saturated with sugar and become brittle. As a result, the vessels lose the ability to narrow and expand. The smaller vessels die off first, promptly followed by the medium and large ones. Vessels feed the internal organs. The deterioration of blood supply leads to the development of chronic diseases.

How diabetes is killing you from the inside out:

Loss of eyesight.

Diabetes makes a person go blind. Forever. It is impossible to restore diabetes-damaged eyesight even with the help of laser correction, since retinal detachment occurs as a result of many hemorrhages.

The kidneys get destroyed.

Sugar just clogs up the ureters. The environment in the kidneys becomes incredibly sweet. Sugar is a preservative. It preserves the kidneys. Gradually they die. Chronic renal failure is just the tip of the iceberg. The kidneys can be lost completely.

The joints stop moving.

Joint movement is provided by synovial fluid. When the vessels stop nourishing the joint, the synovial fluid is no longer secreted. The joint just dries up. As a result the person is forced to endure excruciating pain. Even painkillers do not help. The joint freezes completely. A person loses the ability to move independently.

The nervous system breaks down.

The nerves, like many other organs, suffer from excess sugar. Over time, the diabetic develops psychoses, the person becomes emotionally unbalanced. They are often tormented by depression, nothing pleases him. They just want to lie down and die.

The skin begins to rot!

First, it dries up a lot, scratches appear, followed by eczema and ulcers. The muscles and bones begin to rot and detach from the skin. A foul odor appears. This all leads to gangrene.

No matter how you look at it diabetes is a very dangerous disease. Perhaps even the most dangerous. I am very sorry for people who are diagnosed with diabetes. I try to help them, but everything depends, first of all, on them.

If not metformin, then what? Take, for example, the average senior citizen who developed diabetes with age. Now their sugar levels are constantly rising. Let’s say they are taking metformin and are not feeling well. How to fight diabetes? Can they do it on their own?

Dr. Babatunde Ogunriade:

Let me reiterate – type 2 diabetes is a complex, dangerous and systemic disease. This is not the common cold or a case of diarrhea. The consequences of this disease affect your entire body, so you have to be patient. It is INSUFFICIENT AND HARMFUL to simply raise your insulin levels and be done with it.

In the case of diabetes, our actions must be comprehensive and systematic. We have to lower the glucose level as well as not to harm the body.

Specifically, I recommend to my patients a product against diabetes called Insulux. It was developed in 2015 by the Institute of Endocrinology of Nigeria. It isn’t random chemical elements like metformin, but a NATURAL ANTI-DIABETIC COMPLEX.

The Insulux action is based on the complex work of 60 natural blood sugar stabilizers – natural extracts, vitamins and trace elements.

Insulux is good because it does not harm the body. In fact, it even strengthens it. But most importantly, it has a positive effect on the disease from all sides.

60 active ingredients is a lot. No other product in the world can boast such a rich composition.

Once we incorporated Insulux into the diabetics’ protocol, we were able to achieve stunning results. Namely, we were able to alleviate the disease and reduce the symptoms of diabetes in 96% of cases. In simple terms, this means that 96 out of 100 people noted the decrease in blood sugar levels to medical standards after just 1 course of Insulux. And unlike the action of metformin, Insulux doesn’t put stress on the liver, kidneys, and heart, and doesn’t cause side effects. This means you don’t risk getting another disease while you’re fighting diabetes, as is often the case with patients who take metformin.

Real story of a patient

I want to show you a letter from Blessing Douglas, a senior citizen from Nigeria. As an exception, I worked with this patient online because she couldn’t come to my clinic due to her health condition. I told her over the phone about Insulux. We managed to improve her health.

This is what she wrote.

Blessing Douglas, 67. A senior citizen from Nigeria that is struggling with diabetes. She lives in Abuja.

“Why do other doctors hide from the people such a wonderful product that is Insulux? I had terrible diabetes. For 18 years it was my companion. Ever since I turned 49. Recently it had led to serious complications in the eyes and kidneys. My kidneys barely functioned, I reeked of acetone. My daughter couldn’t stand to be in the same room with me. Add to that constant leg ulcers, blackened legs and fingertips. I was literally dying. Our doctors said I didn’t have much time left.

I told my daughter to think about my last days. I had a good life, but I still didn’t want to die. Even when I screamed in hysterics that I wanted to drop dead, I didn’t actually mean it. Even though everyone said that Dr. Babatunde Ogunriade helped them to reduce nasty symptoms and improve their quality of life, I hesitated, wasted my precious time and put my health at risk. During one more relapse of diabetes I realized that I had to visit a doctor because I wouldn’t survive one more relapse.

Thank you so much for your consultation and for the Insulux you sent me. I began to take it immediately. 4 months have passed since that moment and I am still alive. And the doctors say that I shouldn’t plan on dying any time soon now that my blood sugar is normal. But I myself feel it. In the past 10 years I have not felt as healthy and free of diabetes as I feel now! I began to sleep well, the feeling of unquenchable thirst reduced greatly, I didnt need going to the toilet so often, the fatigue and constant weakness also gone without a trace. The pressure surges gone. My eyesight improved. The main point is that I feel much better now. Thank you so much for Insulux .”

Wunmi Adebayo’s murder: Boyfriend confesses he killed her, not armed robbers

There’s a new development in the Wunmi Adebayo murder story. The Tai Solarin student, was reportedly killed few days ago by armed robbers at her boyfriend’s apartment in Ijebu Ode (read the initial story HERE). But the twist now, is that the said boyfriend has confessed to the Police that he killed Wunmi.

He just didn’t confess, but a source said Wunmi’s parents didn’t believe his story that she was shot by armed robbers, so they had to invoke her spirit (a common practice in many parts of Nigeria, particularly where the circumstances surrounding the death of a person is suspicious. When this is done, the killer is tormented by the spirit of the deceased until he or she confesses.)

null

So he confessed to the police. According to him, he is an armed robber unknown to wunmi. Wunmi came to his house that day, barged in and met him and his friends celebrating with guns on their table. She tried to run back, but they caught her, beat her, and raped her before they finally shot her. He said he had to do that so that Wunmi won’t tell anyone what she saw.
